English studies in groups
Group lesson 2-5 students
Advantages
Classes in small groups of up to 5 students also allow for a higher personal investment in each student, because the groups are small and there are more. An investment that cannot be invested when there is an entire classroom, studies have shown that small study groups achieve higher results in studies and tests.

Learning in small groups creates some interaction between students. Although there is no class pressure of competition, tests and the like, the students can still compare, help each other and so on.
Small Groups
English Time's teachers take pride in their dedication and concern for their students,
and strive to help them succeed to the best of their abilities.
Although many parents - and sometimes students - desire private, 'one-on-one'
lessons, our experience shows that this is not always the best teaching environment;
students often function better given the friendly peer competition of a small group.
They help each other to find the right vocabulary, compliment others on their
knowledge, interact whilst negotiating grammar, feel less pressure and are more
relaxed when others work and they observe, and become motivated to excel and 'beat'
the rest. The class dynamics and interactions enhance the learning experience.
The classes are purposely kept small: up to a maximum of ten students but usually
from three to five. If students prove unsuited to a particular class because interactions
are incompatible or abilities too varied, they will be moved to an alternative group.
Occasionally, classes may consist of students of different ages depending on their
compatibility, interaction, abilities and pace of learning, among other factors.
